Create an account on MyAccount by clicking on the register button underneath the username and password fields on the login page of the site. This process will require your account number and the name on the account exactly how it is displayed on your bill.

You can find your account number in the top right-hand corner of your bill. For the account number, you will enter all the numbers on your bill until the /0. The “Name on Account” needs to be exactly as it appears on your statement.

Once you’ve entered the account information, you’ll be asked to select three security questions you’ll need to answer the next time you log into your account.

Next, you will be asked to create your desired username and password and acknowledge your understanding of the Terms of User and Privacy Policy before completing your registration process.
When creating a Password
Password length should be at least six (6) characters. Passwords must contain at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one number, and one special character (e.g., #$^+=!*()@%&)

After creating a username and password you will be emailed to confirm your email address. This email will contain a link to verify you received the email and clicking on the link will open a new MyAccount window confirming the account has been registered.

You will then be able to log in using your newly created account. Please be sure to check your spam folder if the email isn’t received within a couple of minutes of being sent.
