How do I create an account on MyAccount?

Create an account on MyAccount by clicking on the register button located underneath the username and password fields on login page of the site. This process will require your account number and the name on the account exactly how it is displayed on your bill.

Once you’ve enter the account information, you’ll be asked to select three security questions that you’ll need to answer the next time you log into your account.

Next you will be asked to create your desired username and password, and acknowledge your understanding of the Terms of User and Privacy Policy before completing your registration process.

After creating a username and password you will be sent an email to confirm your email address. This email will contain a link to verify you received the email and clicking on the link will open a new MyAccount window confirming the account has been registered.

You will then be able to login using your newly created account. Please be sure to check your spam folder if the email isn’t received within a couple minutes of being sent.
